Eda  Arduman  (Kazmirci) born in San Francisco  and resided in the Bay Area (Piedmont). Later she located to Izmir where she learned to speak Turkish and completed her high school education.
Relocating to Istanbul to attend Bosphorus University , she studied Psychology and later completed her graduate work in Clinical Psychology.
She completed her post graduate work in Gestalt Couples and Family Therapy at The Cape Cod International Study Center.

Trained as a PACT (psychobiological approach to couples therapy) therapist. Completed 2 years at the Chicago Institute of Self Psychology. Continues to train as a candidate member of the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA)

She currently work as part time faculty and clinical supervisor at Istanbul Bilgi University Couples and Family Therapy master program. She is a founding member of ÇATED (Couple and Family Therapies Association).
She continues to work with individuals and couples in her office

2001- 2009 Davranis Bilimleri Enstitüsü: She worked as a Psychotherapist, Trainer and Clinical Supervisor.

2002-2005 Profiles International: where she worked on a project basis as a coach and a group facilitator . Work experience as been in coaching in textile, banking, logistics, media distribution sectors. In collaboration with Profil she conducted process groups to rehabilitate ex bankers who had lost employment due to the financial crisis in 2001. The fund for this project was provided by the EC.

1990-1993 Istanbul International Hospital, where in addition to working as a clinician she was responsible for developing and running  an  interdisciplinary slimming clinic.

1993-1996 Partha S Ghosh & Associates Tokyo, Hired to  work as an engagement coordinator for the Istanbul office. She developed and applied programs which helped to sustain  attitudinal change of employees going through organizational restructuring. She has experience in applying TQM and Kaizen programs mainly in the banking, pharmaceutical and textile industries.

1996-1999 Keilty Goldsmith and Associates network (which she represented in Istanbul) she had the opportunity to develop as a feedback and executive coach. Facilitating work environments that enhance strategic and creative output became her new focus. Her work here centered around pharmaceutical and banking industries.
